To Whom It May Concern,
My wife and I recently moved to Chaska and began the process of looking for someone
that would complete our deck project with top quality craftsmanship. We obtained
bids for two main reasons. Firstly, one of our development neighbors had a beautiful
deck completed by Dan which they were very happy with. Second, for the same quality
that other builders offered, Dan came in at a much more attactive price and was very
willing to work around the design ideas we had set forth. The structure was completed
in a timely manner which found him working on weekends and in weather more suited for
duck hunting. In keeping with the name of his outfit, he provided us with the deck
we wanted and saved us money.
I can only offer my highest recommendation for Dan Keating and his team at Affordable
Deck and Building. It is also our intention to consult with Dan and his staff for
our future basement finishing project. Should you have any questions, please do not

To Whom It May Concern,
My wife and I used Affordable Deck and Building Co. for several projects on our
previous home, which included a deck and finished basement. We were very satisfied
with all of these projects. We sold our house last fall and built a new house
which we moved into in November. We have recently contracted Dan and his crew at
Affordable Deck to once again finish our basement since his pricing and options were
much better than the offer from our builder.
Dan helped us with the planning stage as well as all finishing plans for this project.
They have currently completed the pre-drywall phase and everything is going very
smoothly. I would recommend Dan and his crew to anyone who is considering the services
of Affordable Deck and Building Co.

Thanks for your ideas to keep the price down and thank you for working with us to get
our gate and our slide installed. We're glad you were familiar with our city's code
and that you knew about the little plastic caps to put on our aluminum rails. We
really appreciate all your hard work. (Man are we glad we didn't try to do that

Thank you and your crew for a job well done. They were most helpful during the entire
project.
The loss of (3) decks along with much more damage caused by a fallen tree was
devastating to us.
We were faced with choices and the need to make decisions. Knowledge of facts
and alternatives can make the decision process easier.
Dan Keating of Affordable Deck and Building was introduced to us through The Home
Depot. The bottom line - it made for a good team. The rebuilding process became enjoyable,
simple and cost effective.
We moved from (3) decks, built in seating / rails (complicated construction and high
maintenance) to a recovered hardwood fiber polypropylene product - (pre-cut,
pre-grooved with snap in railing). The end product - Correct Deck has no exposed screws
or nails and limited maintenance and carries a 25 year warrenty.
